	BlackClan Camp Their camp is well secluded, hidden in the deep shadows of the Black River. Most of the camp is covered in sandy-colored rocks, being so close to the mountains. The sun hangs high over their camp, warming the dens easily. They could not have chosen a better place for a camp; and cat wishing to attack from the south would have to cross the perilous Black River; cats coming from the north would have to clamber down the mountains. The most noticeable feature of their territory is the Black River, a perilous river that is dangerous to cross. It is not large in size, but rather deep, with steeply sloped banks that are covered in slippery sand. BlackClan cats usually do not hunt there, for fear of falling in. BlackClan

Cats of BlackClan are well known and renowned for their superior strength and swimming abilities; why, their very name comes from the Black River*, a nearby river just inside their territory. They are not known for being quick, but their muscles outweight speed. BlackClan cats are well able in a fight, though they prefer open and honorable battles to hiding and attacking from behind. Challenge a BlackClan cat with warning, and you'll have trouble winning. However, sneak up on them, then you will have the advantage. BlackClan cats are known for their weak stealth; years of hunting in the dark forest with trees and shrubs for cover have dulled their senses somewhat. However, BlackClan cats are wonderful allies and even more formidable enemies.
